Our Story

The Ministry Churches

“We are who we are by the grace of God.” – Dr. Paul Carlin

Paul and Jeri Carlin are born-again, Christ-centered, Bible-believing, independently supported missionaries to America’s 2.5 million adult prison population. They have been in the prison ministry for nearly 38 years. They make their home in Crockett, Texas. They have four adult children, ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Paul is in his middle 80s, and Jeri is right behind him. Paul, who holds doctorates in Theology and Restorative Justice, is the author of fifteen ministry-related books. Jeri, who holds a masters degree in Christian Counseling, is a Certified Temperament Analyst. They are living letters (2 Corinthians 3:1-3) validating Psalm 92:14, which says, “They shall still bear fruit in old age. They shall be fresh and flourishing.” Paul and Jeri are seasoned senior saints with a storehouse of many years of Godly, Biblical Ministry wisdom.
